College speaking tour comes to a close

On April 20th at Florida State University, Jim Keady and Leslie Kretzu finished a seven month tour of U.S. colleges and universities presenting their "Real Life Survivor Story: Starving on a Nike Sweatshop Wage." In the seven month period the Co-Directors of the project spoke together at close to 70 schools and to over 10,000 students, faculty, university administrators and local community members across the country.

Both Jim and Leslie would like to thank all those that made their tour so successful. They would particularly like to thank those students and faculty that helped organize their campus visits and did such a wonderful job in helping them educate so many people about the lived realities of Nike's factory workers.
